Hey, I'm just trying to figure this self soothing thing out!!!!!Our sweet little girl is already 6 months! Wow, how time flies. She is doing so well and loves life! She is so happy, smiling all the time and is just a joy. Though we are going through a little phase of fighting naps, I know that this too will pass (atleast that is what I keep telling myself).
We are doing well developmentally and seem to be right on target with our milestones! She is raking objects, transferring objects from one hand to another, sitting up, rolling from back to front (still won't roll from belly to back) and while on her belly will do a 180 degree turn. We also call her our little crawfish because she pushes herself backwards instead of forward. we are not really ready for the crawling stage just yet, we have some baby proofing to do first!
She now weighs 17 lbs 11 oz and is 27 1/2 inches long. This puts her in the 96% for height and the 80th for length. Her 6 month check up went very well!
Above are some pics from the past month. We travelled to Lake Charles over Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. Emma is 6 months old and has flown 3 times!

She is so sweet. I love her smile. The next 6 months will go by even faster-at least they did for us. :)
Oh Shane - she's so precious! I know you are having so much fun with her.
Shane - She is BEAUTIFUL and so full of personality. Drink it up, girl! This is the good stuff. :)
