Jonathan also has a September birthday so we celebrated our September babies together!!!!
Raley with her strawberry cupcake! She wasn't as impressed as I thought she would be!
My sweet baby turned 1 on September 13, 2011! I can't believe that it has been a year already! She has made our lives so complete and we adore every minute with her. She definitely keeps us busy! She is a mover and a shaker but always stops to snuggle and is so sweet! Having an older sister keeps her busy! She wants to do everything her sister does and she has also taught her sister a few things. We never really had to baby proof our house for Emma as she was so content just sitting and playing with the toys we provided! Raley, on the other hand, is completely opposite. She's a climber and an organizer ( a nice way of saying she loves to pull anything and everything off of shelves, out of cabinets, down from refrigerator, etc. This, in turn, makes ME organize!).
Raley at a glimpse (Age 1):
-3 teeth
-has taken 6 steps (Raley's view of moving: walking (it's ok), crawling (faster method), being held (the best and only approved form of transportation)
-into everything (climber, explorer which makes for a lot of bumps and bruises)
-loves to take things out of boxes and put them back in
-loves books
-loves puzzles
-loves the binky and nursing
-loves the toy kitchen and tea parties
-dramatic! (If we take something away from her she falls to the floor crying. It's pitiful)
-She gave up the bottle after being sick so now drinking from cups only. She has to have the same cup as Emma.
-loves music and peak a boo
-loves to eat
-loves to be outside, loves to swing
-loves Dada
-when asked how old she is she shows us 1 finger
-says: Dada, Mama, Da (dog), babbles a lot
-points to when asked: balloon, Emma, blueberries, banana, light, dog, book
-favorite food: banana, blueberries, carrots, chicken, yogurt, cheese, peas, oatmeal, mummums
-loves to give kisses: comes at you mouth wide open

Length: 31 1/2 in (>99%)
H.C.: 18 in (73 %)
We love our little bear and continue to count our blessings! Life is busy but so sweet!!!!
