September was a busy month filled with with birthdays, watching football and a trip to Lake Charles! We had a little party at our house with some close friends to celebrate Jonathan and Raley's birthdays! The Hill's, Murphy's, and Adam's all came over to enjoy some gumbo, crawfish etouffee, and birthday cake. There were 8 adults and 6 kids (3 and under) in our tiny little house! It was crazy but well worth it! At the time, Kristin was pregnant (39 weeks) and had no clue that she would be spending her last childless night with 6 kids! The next morning I got a text saying she was headed to the hospital! Lillian was born that night!!!!
We also managed to fit in a date night to a great restaurant right around the corner from our house by the name of Davoni's! It was incredible and we had so much fun!
We have really enjoyed watching football this season and so have the girls! We both love this time of year that we even have a plate that says "We interrupt this marriage to bring you football season." We both love to watch LSU, of course, and any other game on! The girls have embraced it and enjoy watching it too! Emma will say, "Look, he is running just like I do," and both girls will raise their hands up to touchdown position when LSU scores!! We love that they are having fun watching it and hope it continues!

Louisiana Trip!
The last weekend in September we headed down to Louisiana for my cousin, Jess's, wedding! We spent most of our time in Lake Charles but the girls and I made it to Baton Rouge for the wedding! It was such a nice wedding and it was so great to see my family! I did not have my camera for the trip so I only have a few pics!

Jonathan flew in to pick us up and we managed to fit in an LSU game! We went with Jonathan's parents and had such a great time! It felt so good to be in BR at Tiger Stadium! Big thanks to Mom and John for watching the girls!

Thank you for having us over to celebrate Jonathan's birthday! It was very crazy-I'm convinced our children made Kristin stressed which then threw her into labor! ha-ha.
And the food was excellent!
