Emma is 5 weeks old today. These are pics of her from yesterday and today. Notice the one with the ball> daddy is starting her early. You should see the arm on that girl! She is also starting to smile (it might still be a reflex but I like to believe that these are her first real social smiles). My heart melts every time she smiles! Another milestone> her first bottle. I have a dentist appointment on Thursday, so we needed a plan in case she got hungry while I was gone. Jonathan was very patient as Emma tried to figure out what this new thing was in her mouth. After about 10 minutes of snorting and confusion, she devoured the entire thing. It was very special for Jonathan to feed her for the first time!

She is so cute...I love her!! I am so glad Jonathan got to feed her. I know that was special for him. What bottles/nipples are you using? I used Dr. Brown and Isabel took to it really well.
